Salesforce Bot Toggle Button Off After Sandbox Refresh

This is currently working as designed.  

After a sandbox refresh, the bot toggle button is toggled off. The sandbox copy does not copy Bot NLP models. Hence we request, to toggle the bots on so that bot will reset the Einstein Functionality and the bot's NLP model is ready for training.

Ratkaisu

You will need to manually toggle the bot on after every sandbox refresh as follows:

 

  1. Navigate to Setup > Einstein Bots in your Sandbox.
  2. Locate the toggle switch for Bots in the upper-right corner and set it to ON.
