DATEDIFF('day', LOOKUP(MIN([Order Date]),-1), MIN([Order Date]))
La función DATEDIFF() buscará la cantidad de la parte de la fecha especificada (en este caso, días) entre dos fechas. La fecha de inicio es LOOKUP(MIN([Fecha de pedido]),-1), que indicará la fecha inmediatamente anterior.
