Controlling the Toolbar in Tableau Server and Tableau Cloud in Embedded Views

Udgivelsesdato: Jun 14, 2024
Opgave

When you publish a workbook on Tableau Server or Tableau Cloud, the default setting includes the toolbar. This article describes how you can control the toolbar in embedded views.

Trin

The toolbar allows people to interact with your view. It also lets them export the view as a static image, crosstab, PDF, or as data.

Tableau Server and Tableau Cloud

You can disable the toolbar on Tableau Server and Tableau Cloud through URL parameters. To do this, simply add the following URL parameter at the end of the URL: ?:embed=yes&:toolbar=no.

Using "?:toolbar=no" can be used for views that are not embed.
