  1. Ensure all desired sheets have the same page controls. For more information on page controls, see Pages Shelf.
  2. Ensure that each sheet has the same level of detail.
  3. Verify that all page options are the same (for example, if "Show history" is enabled, all page controls need to have it enabled as well).
  4. On the dashboard, right-click the Page control and select Synchronized.
