Is it possible to remove tableau setup.msi file from the C:\ProgramData\Package Cache\ folder?

Example: 

tableau-setup-tsm-tableau-<build number>-x64.msi

Please do not remove it from the Windows OS. The C:\ProgramData\Package Cache\ folder and files must not be removed from the system. When uninstalling, repairing, or upgrading, this bundle is used as a part of the process and the process will fail if they're missing.
