Note: This article and the steps below are relevant for Tableau Server only. Schedules are pre-defined on Tableau Cloud and it is not possible to create/add a new schedule by the users. However, you can use the Tableau Prep Builder command line utility to run flows locally or purchase the Data Management Add-On to use the REST API Run Flow Now command to run flows as an alternative.
On Tableau Server, create a schedule for the specific subscription as a workaround, because it is possible to execute "Run Now" on a schedule.
