Is it possible for the Tableau Customer Portal Administrator to add users to a Tableau Online site?

Steg
To add users to a Tableau Cloud site, you must hold either of the following site roles on Tableau Cloud:

　Site Administrator Creator
　Site Administrator Explorer

If you do not have the above site roles for the target Tableau Cloud site, you will not be able to add users to the site, even if you are Tableau Customer Portal Administrator.
