How to only show a measure field in grand total, not in the crosstab (Measure Values)? 

For example, only show the Profit in grand total, not in each category?

The ability to only show a measure field in grand total is not currently built in Tableau Desktop.
Please consider the workaround below.

Show grand total in another worksheet and merge 2 worksheets in a dashboard.
