Oracle NUMBER(38,0) is recognized as Number(Decimal) in Tableau Prep Builder, but it needs to be Number(Whole) to be set as incremental refresh input field.

Use custom SQL to cast NUMBER(38,0) as NUMBER(18):
CAST (column AS NUMBER(18))
