Customer support is not offered for Tableau eLearning course content. Please utilize the following resources and the Trailblazer Community:


Questions regarding Tableau eLearning purchases or licensing
For the following issues, please contact your Account Executive or submit a case via Salesforce Help:

  • Purchases and billing (e.g., how to purchase, invoice issuance, etc.)
  • System access, such as access codes, that are not resolved after reviewing the FAQs listed above.


Important notes for learners who learn in the languages other than English
Please note that it is the English courses only that are continuously updated in the Tableau eLearning. For other languages, there may be discrepancies in available courses in your language, or the Tableau Desktop version covered in the courses.

Important notes for Japanese learners
The Japanese Tableau eLearning courses were developed based on Tableau Desktop 10 (released around 2018). There are currently no plans to update this content. Therefore, please be aware of the following in addition to the previous notes:

  • Feature descriptions, exercise procedures and screenshots differ significantly from the latest versions of the software.
  • The exercise files may not be opened in the latest versions of Tableau.
  • If you cannot open a file, please download the appropriate older version of the software (refer to Tableau eLearning Technical Support for details).
  • Please be advised that older versions are subject to discontinue in the future, after which exercise files may no longer be usable.
