Adding or Verifying a Group Shows Group has 0 Members

Description

When running the command tsm user-identity-store verify-group-mappings <group> or when adding a group in the Tableau Server UI or via tabcmd, an error occurs saying the group has 0 members.

Cause

The current configuration of wgserver.domain.ldap.group.classnames lists an objectClass that is also applied to user records which causes Tableau Server to erroneously identify the users as groups instead of users.
Résolution
From the LDAP schema, determine objectClass types that are specifically unique to group objects and not used by user objects.

Then, run the following from the command line: 
tsm configuration set -k wgserver.domain.ldap.group.classnames -v <group objectClass>

If multiple values of objectClass are necessary, they are accepted via a comma-separated list.
