Tableau Resource Monitoring Tool Stops Responding with "Web Service Restarting" Message After Configuring

After saving the initial configuration for the Tableau Resource Monitoring Tool, a "Web service restarting" dialog displays and never resolves. 

Cause

Port 443, which Resource Monitoring Tool uses, was not available. 
Ratkaisu
Ensure that no other software is using port 443 on the computer where Tableau Resource Monitoring Tool is installed. For more information, see Installing Tableau Resource Monitoring Tool.
