When connecting to, refreshing, or joining an Excel file or text file hosted on a shared drive, the following error occurs:

Could not execute the given query.
        The result status code is 7.
        a database with alias name 'db#' is not attached

Cause

Another user or program is trying to access or change the files.
Løsning
Move the files to a local drive, or use a cloud-based file share, such as Dropbox, OneDrive, or Box
