Site Administrator may see an unknown/dummy user they do not recognise in their User list. The User will be set as "Unlicensed" and use Tableau Authentication. The username will also not appear to be a valid email.

These unknown/dummy users are being created by the Microsoft Entra provisioning service.
As a workaround for the issue, discontinue use of the sync tool. One way to do this is to change the Tableau Cloud Site Admin's Tableau password (and do not update it in MS).
