Error "Only tableau authentication type is supported for tabcmd" When Attempting to Sign Into Tableau Cloud Using Tabcmd

Description

When attempting to log into Tableau Cloud using tabcmd, the following error occurs:

Only tableau authentication type is supported for tabcmd. Site admins can change users authentication type on the users page when signed in to the browser environment. (errorcode-16)

Cause

Currently only users set to TableauID authentication can log into Tableau Cloud using TabCMD. Tableau with multi-factor authentication (MFA) is not currently supported with TabCMD.
Résolution
To access the version of TabCMD which supports personal access tokens, download TabCMD from https://github.com/tableau/tabcmd

1) In order to use tabcmd for the user authentication 'Tableau with MFA', it's required to use Personal Access Tokens. 
2) To use tabcmd or the REST API, users must sign in to Tableau Cloud using a TableauID account.  Refer: SAML Requirements for Tableau Cloud
