Error in logs include "FileSystemNotFoundException" and "Error running job of type RestoreJob" After Failing to Restore Backup in Tableau Server

Описание

When attempting to restore a backup in Tableau Server 2019.1,  a number of errors are received, including 

FileSystemNotFoundException

and

Error running job (30- 38) of type  RestoreJob

Cause

Either the backup (.tsbak) file is not present in the 'backups' folder, and/or the Network Service / Run As Service account does not have permissions to the 'backups' folder.
Решение
  • Ensure that the named backup (.tsbak) file is present in the specified folder.
  • Ensure that the Network Service / Run As Service account has permissions to the specified folder.

Note: If Tableau Server has not been installed in the default location, the 'backups' folder will not be in the default location (C:\ProgramData\Tableau\Tableau Server\data\tabsvc\files\backups\). Use 'tsm configuration get -k basefilepath.backuprestore' to see the current location of the 'backups' folder.
