Almost every half hour, the following yellow error message might occur, the view resets/reloads and all filters are lost:
"Session Interrupted. Your workbook has been restored to a previous state."
The default value of vizqlserver.session.expiry.timeout is 30 minutes.
Increase the value of vizqlserver.session.expiry.timeout using the following command. Note: The following command requires Tableau Server to restart.
Enter the <Timeout> value in minutes. For example, 60 = 1 hour, 180 = 3 hours.
Note: The timeout is by design to conserve system resources. Even if a VizQL session is idle, it is still consuming memory and CPU cycles. Increasing this value may impact Tableau Server performance.
