Errore: "The user "<user>" could not be added because the LDAP server could not be reached" durante l'aggiunta di un utente da un dominio secondario

Quando si aggiungono utenti di Active Directory a Tableau Server da un dominio che non è il dominio in cui è installato Tableau Server, si verifica il seguente errore:
  
The user "<user>" could not be added because the LDAP server could not be reached

Cause

Al momento dell'aggiunta dell'utente, viene utilizzato un nome FQDN errato per il dominio. Ad esempio, viene utilizzato "test.com/user1" quando il dominio è in realtà "test.net".
Risoluzione
Utilizza il nome di dominio completo (FQDN) corretto del dominio durante l'aggiunta dell'utente.

Nei log di vizportal viene registrato il seguente errore:

ERROR com.tableausoftware.api.webclient.util.BatchedActionExecutor - Exception raised by call target for key [<domain\user>]: Server Down (errorCode=100081)
