Tableau Server がインストールされているドメインとは異なるドメインから Active Directory のユーザーを Tableau Server に追加すると、次のエラーが発生します。
  
The user "<user>" could not be added because the LDAP server could not be reached

Cause

ユーザーを追加する際に間違ったドメインの FQDN が使用されています。たとえば、実際のドメインが "test.net" であるときに、"test.com\user1" が使用されています。
解決策
ユーザーを追加する際は、正しい完全修飾ドメイン名 (FQDN) を使用します。
