상세 설명
Tableau Server가 설치되어 있는 도메인이 아닌 도메인에서 Tableau Server에 Active Directory 사용자를 추가할 경우 다음 오류가 발생합니다.
  
The user "<user>" could not be added because the LDAP server could not be reached

Cause

사용자를 추가할 때 도메인에 대한 잘못된 FQDN이 사용되었습니다. 예를 들어 도메인이 실제로 "test.net"일 때 "test.com\user1"을 사용합니다.
솔루션
Use the correct Fully Qualified Domain Name (FQDN) of the domain when adding the user.(사용자를 추가할 때 도메인의 올바른 FQDN(정규화된 도메인 이름)을 사용하십시오.)
