Tableau Font Unavailable after Windows 10 Update

Description
After applying Windows 10 updates, when attempting to select a Tableau font from any Edit text window in Tableau Desktop, none of the Tableau fonts appear in the dropdown menu within the list of available font types. The default font shows listed as Tableau Book, but the text is not actually in the Tableau Book font.
Additionally, the first font in Tableau may be listed as "8514oem". 

Cause

Windows' Block Untrusted Fonts feature was blocking Tableau fonts.
Resolution
Work with your IT to follow the steps in "Fix apps having problems because of blocked fonts" in Block untrusted fonts in an enterprise from Microsoft help.
