Unable to Search for User in Non-English Language when Mentioning in Comment

When typing a non-English username preceded by @ for inclusion in a comment box, Tableau does not search and fails to display the corresponding user.

Cause

The search logic for being mentioned in a comment rely on the first character after @. Since Korean, Chinese, Vietnamese, Japanese, etc. often use 2 - 3 characters to form a single letter, the search will hit zero results and stop.
Løsning
The function for searching usernames in non-English language is currently not built in the product.

As a possible workaround try the following option:  If the username also exists in an English version, type the username this way.
