簡易バインドを使用して LDAP を構成するときのエラー "External identity store was unreachable" (外部アイデンティティ ストアに到達できません)

簡易バインドを使用して LDAP を構成しようとすると、次のエラーが TSM UI に表示されます。

External identity store was unreachable (外部アイデンティティ ストアに到達できませんでした)

さらに、次のようなエラーが tabadmincontroller.log に記録されます。

ERROR com.tableausoftware.ldap.ADLdapConnectionManager - Authentication with domain controller failed. The provided credentials are either incorrect or do not have the necessary permissions to bind. Exiting domain controller search. (ドメイン コントローラーを使用した認証に失敗しました。指定された認証資格情報が正しくないか、バインドに必要なパーミッションを持っていません。ドメイン コントローラー検索を終了します。)
