TSM UI 사용 시 "unexpected error occurred -- could not connect to API"가 수신되는 경우가 있음

브라우저에서 TSM 웹 UI에 액세스하려고 하면 어떤 때는 기능이 성공하지만 어떤 때는 동작에서 다음과 같은 오류가 발생합니다.

Unexpected Server Error(예기치 않은 서버 오류)
Could not connect to /api/0.5/configurations/pending/keys/diff/requested(/api/0.5/configurations/pending/keys/diff/requested에 연결할 수 없습니다.)

Unexpected Server Error(예기치 않은 서버 오류)
Could not connect to /api/0.5/topologies/requested/diff/pending(/api/0.5/topologies/requested/diff/pending에 연결할 수 없습니다.)

Unexpected Server Error(예기치 않은 서버 오류)
Could not connect to /api/0.5/deployments/cluster-restart-needed(/api/0.5/deployments/cluster-restart-needed에 연결할 수 없습니다.)

Unexpected Server Error(예기치 않은 서버 오류)
Could not connect to /api/0.5/topologies/pending/violations?configurationVersion=pending(/api/0.5/topologies/pending/violations?configurationVersion=pending에 연결할 수 없습니다.)

솔루션
로컬 컴퓨터 호스트 이름, IP 주소 또는 localhost를 통해 TSM에 액세스합니다.
추가 자원
Tableau Server 초기 노드에 대한 DNS 별칭을 통해 TSM UI에 액세스하는 경우에만 오류가 수신됩니다. Tableau 서비스 관리자 웹 UI에 로그인에 설명된 것처럼, 이것은 지원되는 TSM 액세스 방식이 아닙니다. 
You must specify the hostname or IP address of the computer running TSM. If you have set up a load balancing or proxy solution in front of Tableau Sever, do not specify the load balancer or proxy address.
