상세 설명

Tableau Prep Conductor에서 로컬 파일에 연결하면 아래와 같은 오류가 발생합니다.


"The output file path is not valid or you don't have permissions to write to the file. Check permissions, verify this file path is in the safelist, or use a valid output file path."(출력 파일 경로가 올바르지 않거나 파일에 쓸 수 있는 권한이 없습니다. 사용 권한을 확인하거나 이 파일 경로가 허용 목록에 있는지 확인하거나 올바른 출력 파일 경로를 사용하십시오.)

및/또는

"Connectivity error. Unable to connect to the output location for output step [name]. Try again, or download the flow and edit the output location for the output step, then run the flow again."(연결 오류입니다. [name] 출력 단계의 출력 위치에 연결할 수 없습니다. 다시 시도하거나 흐름을 다운로드하고 출력 단계의 출력 위치를 편집한 후 흐름을 다시 실행하십시오.)
 

원인

Tableau Server: Prep Conductor에 사용할 수 있으려면 파일 위치가 "허용 목록"에 있어야 합니다.
Tableau Cloud: Tableau Cloud는 외부(인터넷 연결)에서 호스팅되므로 네트워크 드라이브에 연결할 수 없습니다.

솔루션

Tableau Server: Tableau Conductor에서 사용할 수 있도록 파일을 허용 목록에 추가해야 합니다. 자세한 내용은 Tableau Server에서 Tableau Prep Conductor 활성화 및 구성, 4단계: 입력 및 출력 위치를 허용 목록에 추가를 참조하세요.
Tableau Cloud: 로컬/온프레미스 파일은 Tableau Cloud에서 지원되지 않으므로 흐름의 출력 연결을 "save data source to network drive(데이터 원본을 네트워크 드라이브에 저장)"에서 "publish data source(데이터 원본 게시)"로 변경한 다음 흐름을 Tableau Cloud에 다시 게시해야 합니다.
