Failed To Download offline.tlq file from TSM Web UI when Internet Explorer enhanced security configuration is enabled.
 

Cause

Internet Explorer Enhanced Security Configuration is blocking the download of the offline activation file.
Ratkaisu

The following options can be used to work around the issue:

Option 1 - Disable Internet Explorer enhanced security configuration
  1. Launch Server Manager.
  2. Select Local Server in the left panel.
  3. Click on the On link next to the [ IE Enhanced Security Configuration ] option in the right panel.
  4. Set "Enhanced Security Configuration" to Off.
Option 2 - Use Chrome or Firefox to connect to TSM Web GUI and perform offline activationc
