상세 설명
Tableau Server 설치 또는 업그레이드를 시도하면 다음 오류가 발생합니다. 
Setup(설치) 
WARNING: The server may not have started properly. Part of the installer exited with error code: (10). Check the logs: 
C:\Program Files\Tableau\Tableau server\logs\app-install.log for more information(경고: 서버가 올바로 시작되지 않았을 수 있습니다. 설치 프로그램 일부가 종료되고 다음 오류 코드가 표시되었습니다. (10). 자세한 내용은 C:\ProgramData\Tableau\Tableau Server\logs\app-install.log 로그에서 확인할 수 있습니다.)
 
다음 오류가 app-installer 로그에 여러 번 반복적으로 표시됩니다.

Cause

McAfee Firewall을 사용하도록 설정되었습니다.
솔루션
  • McAfee Firewall이 Adaptive(적응) 모드로 설정되어 있거나 완전히 사용하지 않도록 설정되어 있는지 확인합니다.
  • 바이러스 백신 예외가 구성되었는지 확인합니다.
