.twbx ファイルを開く際のエラー "The load was not able to complete successfully" (読み込みを正常に完了できません)

Tableau パッケージド ワークブック (.twbx) を開くとき、または Tableau Server にワークブックをパブリッシュするときに、次のエラーが発生する場合があります。

Error Occurred while trying to load the Workbook <file path>. The load was not able to load successfully. (ワークブック <ファイル パス> の読み込み試行中にエラーが発生しました。正常に読み込むことができませんでした。)
Error(<number>,<number>): no declaration found for element 'document-format-change-manifest' (要素 'document-format-change-manifest' の宣言が見つかりません) (id: <file path>)
Error(<number>,<number>): attribute 'column' is not declared for element 'manual-sort' (要素 'manual-sort' の属性 'column' は宣言されていません) (id: <file path>)
