Cause

The required resource providers are not registered in your Azure Active Directory tenant
Ratkaisu
To troubleshoot this issue, check that the following resource providers are registered in your Azure Active Directory tenant:
  • Microsoft.DataLakeStore
  • Microsoft.DataLakeAnalytics
  • Microsoft.DataFactory
