Unable to Connect to Web Data Connectors in Tableau Prep

Unable to use WDCs to connect to your data from Tableau Prep. 

Cause

This functionality is not currently built into Tableau Prep.
Løsning
To work around the issue, create a connection via the Web Data Connector in Tableau Desktop. Then, use the resulting extract as an input step in Tableau Prep.

Tableau Desktop's Web Data Connector can be used to connect to almost any data accessible over HTTP including internal web services, JSON data, and REST APIs.
