Viz in Tooltip not Filtered by Dimensions on Filters Shelf

Dimensions that are included only on Filters do not filter a viz in tooltip.

Cause

Only dimension values in the view can be passed into a filter for the viz in tooltip. Dimensions that are only on the Filters shelf will limit the values in the view, but the values of dimension filters themselves are not included in the view and thus not accessible to the viz in tooltip.
Ratkaisu

Option 1

Add the dimension to another place in the view. For example, add the dimension to Detail on the Marks card.

Note: adding additional dimensions to the view may change the appearance of the view.

Option 2

Apply the filters on the original worksheet to the viz in tooltip worksheet as well. For directions, please see Apply Filters to Multiple Worksheets
