When attempting to access an internal Tableau Server from Tableau Prep the following error occurs:
The required SSL certificate might be missing or doesn't match the Tableau Server certificate for "serverhostname". Contact your System administrator
Tableau Prep requires the chain file in order to connect to an SSL-enabled Tableau Server.
To connect to a server that uses SSL, you will need to make sure that the required root certificate is installed on the computer where Tableau Prep Builder is installed.
