Tableau Prep flow does not run from the Windows task scheduler and the same command line works if running manually but not manually from the task scheduler.
 

Cause

There may be database authentication or shared folder permission that require the user to be logged in to allow access and run the flow successfully,
Solución
Change the windows task settings to run only when the user is logged on
