Cause

Currently, the feature (introduced with version 2020.3) is supported only on workbooks with a single extract connection by design.
 
Résolution
Check if there are multiple extracts included in the workbook(s). Adjust the workbook/extract so that there is only one extract connection in the workbook.
Ressources supplémentaires
A workbook can have an unlimited number of live connections.
