When opening a workbook with multiple live connections including one text file like a CSV, Tableau Server or Online can give the error:

"The directory is missing or has been moved: /var/opt/tableau/tableau_server/data/tabsvc/temp/vizqlserver_0.hosted-xxxxxx/tableau-temp/FAKEPATH-0jpwm5a18bxxp813wtf191k2xtuq\n".

Cause

As the data sources embedded in the workbook are local files, Tableau Server or Online tries to access them with no success and then tries to find the file(s) locally on the server also with no success, causing the error.  
Risoluzione
1. Publish the workbook with the local files extracted.
2. Enable the option "Include external files" upon republishing the workbook.
