Embedded Dashboard Content Does Not Display in Chrome 88 or Later

Description
When attempting to view content embedded in a dashboard within Chrome, the following message is displayed:

Unable to display web page object (URL must start with https://)

Cause

Beginning in Chrome 88 (released January 2021) and beyond, Chrome will block all mixed content downloads. This means if content on an HTTPS web page attempts to download or embed HTTP content, the download will be blocked by Chrome. 
Résolution
Ensure the URL for the embedded content uses a secure HTTPS link instead of unsecure HTTP.
