Tableau Desktop を Google アナリティクスまたは Google BigQuery に接続すると、次のエラーが発生する場合があります。
Authentication Failed (認証に失敗しました)
Error code:84223ADA
SSLHandshakeException PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target (PKIX パスの構築に失敗しました: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: 要求されたターゲットへの有効な証明書パスが見つかりません)
原因
SSL 検査 (または HTTPS 傍受) が原因で Tableau Desktop が oauth2.googleapis.com に接続できない場合があります。解決策

SSL による傍受を確認するには、次の手順を実行して、https://www.googleapis.com/ および https://accounts.google.com/ の認証パスを確認します。
- Google Chrome ブラウザで、https://www.googleapis.com/ にアクセスします。
- Web アドレス バー > [Certificate (証明書)] > [Certification Path (認証パス)] タブの南京錠アイコンをクリックします。
- 認証パスを以下のスクリーンショット内のパスと比較します。
- https://accounts.google.com/ について手順 1 ～ 3 を繰り返します。
