No URL Action or Actions Options When Web Authoring

The Actions menu options are unavailable when Web Authoring workbooks.

Cause

The ability to create or configure URL Actions or any Actions in Web Authoring mode is not currently built into the product. 
Ratkaisu
This is currently not a feature in Web Authoring for Tableau Cloud.

As a workaround, create and configure the Actions using Tableau Desktop and publish to the server. See URL Actions for more information.
