After restarting the computer running Tableau Server, the below message is displayed:

Tableau server is unlicensed

Cause

Restarting the computer running Tableau Server can apply patches, GPO updates and other changes that can affect Services and Permissions settings and lead to Licence check failures.
Løsning
Check that all of your keys are within their expiry date. For more information, see View Server Licenses.
If all the keys are up to date, run "tsm status -v".
If Tableau Server Licence Manager is in an error state, check that Services settings and Permissions are correct. For more information, see Verify Tableau Service Settings,  Verify Folder Permissions, and Refresh Maintenance Date for the Product Key.
