SharePoint と Internet Explorer 11 で埋め込みビューをロードする際のエラー: "​​An unexpected error occurred"

説明
Internet Explorer 11 で SharePoint を使用している場合、埋め込みビューをロードする際に次のようなエラーが発生することがあります。
  • Unable to get property 'updatePropertiesShim' of undefined or null reference (未定義または NULL 参照のプロパティ 'updatePropertiesShim' は取得できません)
  • Unable to get property 'TabbedNavigation' of undefined or null reference (未定義または NULL 参照のプロパティ 'TabbedNavigation' は取得できません)
  • Unable to get property 'FilterPanel' of undefined or null reference (未定義または NULL 参照のプロパティ 'FilterPanel' は取得できません)
 

Cause

Tableau Server 10.0 以降、IE 11 以前のバージョンの Internet Explorer との互換性はサポートされなくなりました。
解決策
次の手順のいずれかに従います。
  • IT チームと連携して、Internet Explorer 11 の互換モードを無効にします。
  • SharePoint 管理者と連携して、"X-UA-Compatible" メタ タグを前のバージョンの代わりに IE=11 または IE=Edge に設定します。
