Unable to Display Postcodes as Filled Map

説明

When trying to display location data as a filled map (or polygon map), a point map may be generated instead.

Cause

Filled maps are not available for the location data used, or custom geocoding imported in a previous Tableau version is interfering with the rendering of the filled map.
解決策
To troubleshoot this issue:
  1. Ensure that filled maps are available for your location data.
  2. Check that there is no custom geocoding applied. To remove custom geocoding, while a workbook is open in Tableau Desktop, select the Map top menu > Geocoding > Remove Custom Geocoding.
