Cause

The ability to connect to Azure DevOps (cloud) from Tableau Desktop is currently not built into the product.

Résolution
A possible workaround may be to create a web data connector to connect to Azure DevOps Services REST APIs.

The only authentication method supported by the OData connector is basic user name and password. Since Azure DevOps no longer support Alternate Credentials authentication (and this was a way to set up the user name and password), the OData connector would not be a viable method of connecting Tableau to Azure DevOps.

Tableau provides limited support for connections using the Web Data Connector. Tableau does not provide support for connectors or for other programs written to interface with the WDC API. However, you can submit questions and ask for help on the Tableau developer community forums.
