Extracts of a Cloudera Hadoop data source may fail with the following error:

No LookupTStr injected. Unable to connect to the Cloudera Hadoop server.

 

Cause

The Kerberos keytab file is inaccessible from Tableau Server.

Løsning

Verify that the Kerberos keytab file and parent folder permissions allow Tableau Server processes access.
