Tableau error code:38bb49b3, User(s) do not have permission to access datasource.;Data source connection error. Check the credentials on all data source connections for the workbook.;
 

Cause

The connection to the data source on the server needs to be updated or there is no permission to connect to the datasource.
Ratkaisu

Option 1

Check the data source connection in Tableau Cloud or Tableau Server under Manage Data Sources and repopulate if needed.

Option 2

Check the data source permissions and apply the user connect permissions.
