When trying to uninstall Tableau Reader, the following error may occur:

This app has been blocked for your protection.
An administrator has blocked you from running this app. For more information, contact the administrator.

tableau-setup-rdr-tableau-<version>.exe

Risoluzione
For Tableau Reader, 
  1. Open the Command Prompt as Administrator.
  2. Run the command indicated in the 'Program location' portion of the error message, e.g.: "C:\ProgramData\Package Cache\{9f346d07-330c-4bc1-94c8-ee22d53ca5ba}\tableau-setup-rdr-tableau-2019-3.19.1017.1259-x64.exe" /modify
  3. In the Modify Setup dialog, select Uninstall. 
For other Tableau products, follow the steps:
  1. Open the Command Prompt as Administrator.
  2. Run the command indicated in the 'Program location' portion of the error message, e.g.: "C:\Users\<User>\{<...>}\tableau-<product>-<version>.exe" /modify
  3. In the Modify Setup dialog, select Uninstall.
