Tableau Server へのサインイン時のエラー "Your connection has probably timed out. Try to reconnect to Tableau Server"

Tableau Desktop で Tableau Server にサインインしているときに、次のエラーが発生する場合があります。
Your connection has probably timed out. Try to reconnect to Tableau Server. (接続がタイムアウトした可能性があります。Tableau Server への再接続を試行してください。)

Cause


 
解決策
  1. Tableau Desktop で、[サーバー] メニュー > [<サーバー> にサインインしました]  > [(<ユーザー名>) からサインアウト] の順に選択し、Tableau Server からサインアウトします。
  2. [ヘルプ] メニュー > [設定とパフォーマンス] > [保存済みサーバー サインインのクリア] を選択します。
  3. もう一度 Tableau Server にサインインします。
