Issue

When connecting to Oracle from Tableau and filtering data, the following error occurs:

 

Oracle database error 2395: ORA-02395: exceeded call limit on IO usage.

 

Cause

This error message is passed to Tableau from Oracle, and indicates that a user limit is being encountered on the database. 

 

Ratkaisu

Work with your DBA to increase the LOGICAL_READS_PER_CALL limit for your user profile.
