Custom Font Lost When Exporting View From Tableau Server

When exporting a view, the custom font used is not recognized and a generic font is being used.
 

Cause

Custom font was not completely installed on the computer running Tableau Server.

Ratkaisu
  • Make sure the font is installed on the computer hosting Tableau Server.
  • If the font is still not displaying after install, reboot the computer hosting Tableau Server.
