SharePoint List Extract Missing Records

Описание
When connecting to a SharePoint List, the extract may have fewer rows in the data set than are present. Accessing the affected list in a web browser will show all data.

Cause

Due to a limitation in the CData ODBC driver, Tableau can only connect to the Default view of a given list. Some organizations establish filtering on their Default view without realizing this will limit the data Tableau Desktop can access.
Решение
Make sure that the Default view for the table in question is not limited or filtered. Tableau Extracts will only contain the rows and values present in the table's Default view.
