Error "External identity store was unreachable" al importar el almacén de identidades LDAP con un enlace simple

Descripción
Al importar un json de almacén de identidades de LDAP con un enlace simple, puede aparecer el error siguiente:

"Identity store Configuration Error: External identity store was unreachable. The external store is either down or Tableau Server is unable to establish a connection." (Error de configuración del almacén de identidades: no se pudo conectar con el almacén de identidades externo. El almacén externo está inactivo o Tableau Server no puede establecer la conexión).

Además, puede encontrarse el error siguiente en los registros:
